The challenge
KaVo Kerr Group is a dental company that owns many dental brands, including Dexis, Axis, i-Cat, NOMAD, Soredex, and others. As such, there was always a need for marketing collateral, and it always needed to be done yesterday. Designing multiple projects for KaVo Kerr under tight deadlines required a combination of precision, efficiency, and creativity to meet the high standards of a global leader in dental technology. Each project demanded a deep understanding of KaVo Kerr’s brands identity and the ability to deliver impactful designs while juggling overlapping timelines. From product brochures to marketing collateral, every piece had to maintain consistency, captivate readers, and effectively communicate complex information. Balancing these demands while ensuring quality and attention to detail was essential to successfully supporting KaVo Kerr’s mission of innovation and excellence.
The solution
To meet the challenge I implemented a strategic and efficient workflow that prioritized clear communication, organization, and adaptability. By breaking each project into manageable phases, I ensured steady progress while maintaining attention to detail. I collaborated closely with the product owners to understand their needs, align on priorities, and make quick and informed decisions that kept projects on track. Leveraging my expertise in branding and design, I maintained consistency across all deliverables. This streamlined approach allowed me to deliver high-quality, impactful designs without compromising creativity or precision.

My role
As the Art Director and Graphic Designer, my role was to lead the creative vision while ensuring seamless collaboration with the team to deliver high-quality results. Clear and consistent communication was at the core of my approach, fostering a shared understanding of project goals and keeping everyone aligned throughout the process. I embraced iterations, valuing feedback and using it to refine designs until they perfectly captured the intended message and met KaVo Kerr’s standards.
